This English-language page of serenakosta.fr is a preview site — books aren't yet sold in English, and the brand/collaboration contact form is the only way personal data is currently collected here. This policy explains how that data is handled.

Who processes the data

serenakosta.fr is owned and run by Serena Kosta, author. For any question about your data, contact serena.autor@yahoo.com.

What data is collected

• Email address — when you submit the brand/collaboration contact form, so I can reply.
• Name or brand name and message content — whatever you choose to share in that same form.
• Technical data — your interface language preference is saved locally in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to a server.

The Russian and French versions of this site also process order-related data (email, shipping address, payment) for book and merchandise purchases — see the privacy policy on those versions for details, since English purchases aren't available yet.

Why this data is needed

Solely to reply to your message and discuss a potential collaboration.

Who the data is shared with

The contact form is processed by Netlify (site hosting and form handling). No data from this English-language page is shared with any other third party.

Your rights

Under European data protection law (GDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To do so, write to serena.autor@yahoo.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
